✔ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 10+ GUESTS: Our nightly rate includes the first ten (10) guests. With each additional guest, a $30/night fee will be applied.
✔NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. Rest assured that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
✔SECURITY CAMERAS: we have placed security cameras throughout the exterior of the property, including the pool area and the backyard. Rest assured that there will be no cameras inside the property, we highly value your privacy. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
✔PETS: pet fees are NOT YET included in the price and must be paid at the same time of booking, we will send a separate payment request for the pet fee. We only accept a maximum of 2 pets and must be house-trained. Pets are subject to approval and must be disclosed upon booking.
✔CLEANING FEE: We charge a $350 cleaning fee per stay. We will be sending a separate payment request for the cleaning fee.
